Globetrotting with the The Keybunch: Sanghamitra’s Singapore Home

I was so excited when I chanced upon Sanghamitra’s home on her design blog - Rainbow - The Colours of India. What caught my fancy was the way she blends ethnic Indian décor to come up with a vibrant cheerful home. Good homes are meant to be featured time and again and this home is sure one of them. The first thing I did was to mail her with a request of a house tour and she graciously agreed to share the pictures of her homes (Delhi and Singapore). Thanks, Sanghamitra!

Sanghamitra Bhattacherjee, an Economist based in Singapore is passionate about décor, traveling and photography.

I can spend sleepless nights for the right decor....my other passions are traveling and photography. My home is a creative form of self-expression...a place which is evolving over time...as our family is growing. Our home is the canvas of our colorful traveler's life...with all love, warmth and affection. We love the ethnic Indian, cozy, non-conformist look for our nest,” she says.

She adds an interesting mix of décor ideas mixing and matching artifacts she picks up on her travel. The terracotta warrior was picked up from Xi'an, China and the Nandi (bull) from Chennai.
Enjoi the house tour, the pics need no explanation. For more pics, don't forget to drop in at her blog.

Wasn't that lovely? We would love to feature your home or your fav corners as well. Just write to us and we'll be glad to do the honors.
